We had a Bishops Youth Fireside the other day, and the discussion came up that Missionaries change while they are on their missions, and many of their friends, who stayed home don't. The question came up, What can those who don't serve missions do to get similar growth? This article may be part of the answer. Another possibility, (and this is implied in the article,) would be to study the "Teach my Stuff" (aka: Preach My Gospel) manual. (Maybe as a personal study guide, for FHE/Sundays/whenever.
